This little girl was the supplied image to create with on Art Creations Friday; she is from Lisa's Altered Art. I remembered the fence picture that Randy took at the Tulip Festival in LaConnor, Washington, as well as all the beautiful tulip pictures, and thought she could sit comfortably on it. There are miles and miles of tulips, it is really worth visiting if you are ever in the Northwest corner of the USA, very impressive.
I added the little bird and crown also from Lisa's Altered Art. Not sure where I got the butterfly and the stamped expression is one from a friend so not sure about that either.
