CCC#7 -Tinted Vision Fragments

Week 7 of the Compendium of Curiosities Challenge being held by Linda Ledbetter on her blog, Studio L3.  The challenge this week is from page 55, Tinted Vision Fragments.  I used Butterscotch alcohol ink and Scattered Straw, Old Photo, Wild Honey and Rusty Hinge distress inks; TH stamps and a piece of clipart from Quietfire Designs.  Make sure to hop over to Linda's blog to see some of the amazing art using this technique.

We are on our camping holiday on Vancouver Island and it is another beautiful day.  I had to run home for a day and managed to make my fragment and bring it back to camp where I completed this piece.

Hope you are having a great day!  Off to the seashore today...life really is a beach!  Cheers!

  1. Rhonda, this put a huge smile on my face! I LOVE that little girl, and the way you used the tinted fragment to highlight her face is wonderful! The sentiment you chose couldn't be more perfect for this sweet card, and the colors are yummy!

I hope you have a fabulous time at the seashore! Oh, that sounds heavenly!

  6. LOL, it wasn't exactly a quick run home. But it was well worth it for what you created! Hope the weather is good to you.
