A Compendium of Curiosities Week 3

This week's challenge for Compendium of Curiosities is 'Monoprint.'  I used Stream, Wild Plum, Currant and Cranberry Alcohol Inks,  a drop of gold mixative and blending solution resulted in this very bright background!  Once I recovered from the shock...I chose some TH stamps and this is my result!  I am so glad that Linda Ledbetter has decided to host this challenge, I am learning techniques and different ways to use some of my supplies.  It is not too late to join in - visit Linda's blog, Studio L3 and see all of the wonderful entries for inspiration.  Thanks for looking - Cheers!

  1. Lovely colour combo! That umbrella man is definitely one of my favourite Tim Holtz stamps and I just love that baroque die.

  2. Rhonda, it's gorgeous! I love those stamps (they're my favorite from Tim's entire collection!), and your monoprinting looks spectacular! This looks so cool on the diecut, too. :-)

I'm so glad you came back for another Compendium Challenge, and I'll look forward to admiring more of your art next week.

    Hugs,
    Linda
