First off I must apologize for my terrible photos in the last two shots - I killed the battery in my camera, I keep downloading my camera into iphoto and then I cannot find them to download them in here, so I have ended up with some inferior pics - sigh, I am just not a techno!
This tag is for a couple of challenges; I don't usually do this, but I am at the deadline for the Compendium of Curiosities and they are both Tim Holtz challenges after all! I have used my painted metal bits on it. Therefore... this is my entry for Altered Metal with Paint. I have used white paint on my metal pieces for the CCC Challenge #30 on the lovely Linda's blog, Studio L3.
Believe it or Not...this tag is also from the Tim Holtz 12 Tags of Christmas 2007 challenge. Tag #6 is all about misting with perfect pearls and ink, it turns out so shimmery and this is where Tim first introduced this technique to the masses. You can see all of his here on his blog: 2007 Tags. Now mine is not Christmas, and that is OK, the idea was to go back and revisit the techniques. You can see more examples on Kathy's blog: Inkin' It Up!
And Simon Says Stamp and Show have a challenge - Show Us the Love! This is my entry for that one as well.
Well, that should be enough TH for a few days! Until the next time - cheers!

Wow didn't that technique work perfect for a Valentines tag. You should enter in Simon Says Stamp and Show. "Show us some love" is the theme. Great idea to use the scrabble tiles.
